Inspired by sun-bleached school display boards and neglected faded posters, I started experimenting with fading sugar paper through stencils. These typographic posters deliberately capitalise on the paper’s lack of colour fastness. The words and statements are a play on the source of their production – the sun, and to the nature of fading itself.
