AN INDEPENDENT CREATIVE WITH 20+ YEARS EXPERIENCE.

ABOUT
Thoughtcraft is the work of creative chap, George Hadley.
An independent creative with 20+ years of experience across national and international projects.
Equally comfortable presenting to clients, deep in concept development, or directing a team through production – I bring strategic thinking and design craft to every brief.
I’ve built and led creative teams, run my own studio, and integrated as a creative within agencies large and small in London, Brighton and Melbourne. My experience spans brand identity, campaigns, art direction, editorial, packaging, environmental and digital design across the public, cultural, corporate and consumer sectors.
My mother was a nurse and my father an actor, I bring those caring and expressive qualities together in the work I do.

EXPERIENCE
I’m a big believer in the strength of the outside perspective, going deep into research (method acting style). My speciality is the way I work rather than a focus on a specific sector. Developing a strong understanding of clients, their challenges and their audiences, but not being limited or weighed down by what’s gone before.
From exhibition design for a Victorian photographer, annual reports for property developers, identities for start ups, design system for a children's comic, to packaging design for sports nutrition company, it’s fair to say my creative experience has been broad.
