A new visual identity created to mark the 70th anniversary of the General Fisheries Commission for the Mediterranean. The milestone provided an opportunity to develop a more contemporary, forward-looking brand that better represents the organisation’s mission: the conservation and sustainable use of living marine resources. The logo brings together interlocking symbols—including a hand, fish species and a shark—forming a strong, versatile mark supported by a flexible visual language.
